These are the fees for the different ROPEC 2026 participants. For national bank transfers (Mexican Pesos (MXN) payment) please consult the exchange rate at OANDA converter. In case of any doubt please do not hesitate to contact us. The payment of the accepted papers implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register at the conference.
IMPORTANT:
1. If you are a student within the IEEE Centro Occidente Section (Michoacán, Colima and Costa Grande, Guerrero) your 2026 IEEE student membership (to be registered on March) and the Attendance Certificate will be waived. To this end, a valid student ID will be required.
2. The registered participant, whether author or attendee, must keep the bank deposit receipt to obtain his invoice and/or his certificate. This receipt will be uploaded in the electronic registration form.
EXTRA PAPERS FEE POLICY
An author registering a second paper will be charged US$250.00, whether student or professional. THE PRICE FOR THE THIRD AND FURTHER PAPERS WILL HAVE THE NORMAL CORRESPONDING FEE.
